In this 30 minute CRM Workshop you will learn the benefits of not just the technology but also the people behind the effective use of a CRM, from your supplier to the user and, most importantly, your customer.

We will talk about some of the considerations you must make when choosing a CRM, what to ask, what to avoid and how your success is affected more by how you use it and who you work with, not which one you use. Whether you want to use a cloud-based system, like NetSuite, or an on-premise solution, the tips and lessons you learn can be equally applied.

You will participate in a process of interaction with your CRM experts to experience what your customers should experience, an engaging, honest and transparent process that collects the information you need to best serve both sides of the process.
